The Vault Protocol

Confidentiality engineered
for your career.

Most coaches assume confidentiality. I've made it a named, non-negotiable standard — built for professionals whose reputation is their most valuable asset.

Why senior professionals don't seek help

The three fears no one
names out loud.

The most capable people in the room are also the most reluctant to ask for support. Here's why — and how this practice is designed around each concern.

01

"What if my employer finds out?"

Corporate EAPs and employer-sponsored wellness programmes create a data trail — usage logs, session counts, vendor reports. Even if individual content is protected, the fact of your participation is not always invisible.

No employer connection. Zero institutional visibility.

02

"I can't be seen as someone who can't cope."

At MD, CFO, or Partner level, the perception of resilience is part of your professional identity. Seeking support through official channels can feel like flagging a vulnerability to the institution you serve.

Privately contracted. Institutionally invisible.

03

"Will my notes be seen by anyone else?"

Supervision models in mainstream coaching involve case study sharing, peer review, or reflective practice notes that reference client situations — even with identifying details removed. The risk feels real.

No shared notes. No case studies. No peer review.

The Vault Protocol

What operationally secure
coaching looks like.

These are not general statements. Each point is a specific, enforced practice — not a clause buried in a contract.

No corporate reporting line

I am not affiliated with your employer, HR department, or any firm-sponsored wellness programme. Our engagement is a direct, private contract — fully independent of your institution.

No EAP data trail

Your sessions are never logged in any corporate system, insurance database, or employer-connected platform. There is no usage record that can be seen by your firm's benefits administrators or HR.

No shared notes — ever

No supervision notes reference your situation. No case studies, no peer review, no reflective practice submissions that could ever trace back to you — even in anonymised form.

Discreet invoicing

Invoices are issued under a neutral business entity — not a coaching practice name. Your expense report will not announce your engagement to whoever processes your claims.

A bespoke confidentiality agreement

Not a standard contract clause — a standalone, named document you receive and keep. It sets out exactly what is protected, how, and to what standard. You will know precisely what you agreed to.

"The reason most high-performing senior professionals and executives don't have a coach isn't time — it's that they can't afford to be seen needing one."

This practice was designed around that reality.

Getting started

How this stays private
from the first contact.

Every step is designed with the same care as the engagement itself.

01

Discreet discovery call

A private 30-minute call — on your terms, at a time that works around your schedule. No calendar integration with your firm. No follow-up marketing emails.

02

Vault Protocol agreement

You receive and sign a standalone confidentiality document before anything else. It's yours to keep. There is no ambiguity about what is protected.

03

Encrypted communication

All session-related communication takes place through end-to-end encrypted channels. Nothing passes through standard email for sensitive content.

04

Private billing

Your invoice arrives under a neutral entity name — and a discreet line description. No coaching practice name that signals what the payment was for.
