Each session is 1 hour, weekly. Some clients need 4 sessions to reset. Others stay for 6 months because they're finally feeling like themselves again and don't want to lose that.
A minimum of 4 sessions is recommended to give us enough time to move beyond surface symptoms and start building real, sustainable change.
À la carte sessions are also available for past clients or specific moments of need.
