1:1 Coaching — Your Space to Recalibrate

Weekly 1-hour sessions for professionals who are done feeling life tired.

You don't need more productivity hacks. You need a space where you can finally admit that success feels heavy — and actually do something about it.

Each session is 1 hour, weekly. Some clients need 4 sessions to reset. Others stay for 6 months because they're finally feeling like themselves again and don't want to lose that.

A minimum of 4 sessions is recommended to give us enough time to move beyond surface symptoms and start building real, sustainable change.

À la carte sessions are also available for past clients or specific moments of need.

Half-Day Workshop — For You or Your Team

Mindfulness + Positive Psychology frameworks you and/or your team (max 6) can use immediately.

A spacious half-day designed for depth, not rushed tactics.

8-Week MBWE Programme — Deep Transformation

Mindfulness-Based Wellbeing Enhancement available for individuals, groups, and corporate teams (max 6).

This is for when you know you need more than a one-off session. You need a structured journey.

Over 8 weeks, you'll receive:

  • Weekly 2-hour sessions
  • Guided mindfulness practices
  • Reflection exercises to track your progress
  • Personalised support between sessions

By week 8, clients typically report:
