Workshop Objectives

A grounded path back to yourself

This workshop aims to restore participants' sense of self and resilience through a structured, evidence-based progression — moving from depleted to grounded, with practical tools to carry forward.

Step One

Establish a baseline

We begin by identifying each participant's signature character strengths — the core of their identity and a proven foundation for resilience. This counters burnout by renewing self-awareness and confidence in their innate capabilities.

Step Two

Map the resilience architecture

We move participants from a general feeling of being "burned out" to a clear understanding of their personal resilience architecture, using the 7 Skills of Resilience framework to pinpoint specific areas for development.

Step Three

Recalibrate the inner narrative

We help participants identify and challenge negative thought patterns, enabling them to recalibrate unhelpful self-narratives.

Step Four

Equip for everyday life

Finally, we equip participants with practical, real-time tools to cultivate positive emotions, interrupt stress cycles, and reconnect with their resilient core. Throughout, we reinforce the evidence-based message that resilience is common — and media-amplified fears are often misplaced.
